Terms of Service

Pinchblock is a marketplace connecting fitness and sports coaches ("Coaches") with users seeking training plans and coaching ("Athletes"). Pinchblock provides the software; Coaches provide the coaching services. Pinchblock is not the merchant of record for coaching services and is not responsible for the content, quality, or safety of any individual plan or Coach.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
• No impersonation, no automated scraping, no abuse of the service.

Training involves physical risk. Consult a qualified physician before starting any new program. Pinchblock and its Coaches are not liable for injury, illness, or loss resulting from your use of a plan. You train at your own risk.

Purchased plans are non-refundable once you have accessed the plan contents, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. EU consumers acknowledge and agree that the digital plan content is delivered immediately upon purchase and that the statutory withdrawal right ceases once access has been granted.

• You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the plans and coaching content you publish.
• You must hold any certifications or licences required by your jurisdiction to offer coaching services.
• Payments to Coaches are handled via Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe onboarding and accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Payouts are subject to Pinchblock's platform fee, which will be disclosed before you list a paid plan.
• You grant Pinchblock a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute the plans, posts, and other content you publish on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You may not upload or share content that is:

• Illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Misleading medical advice or dangerous training instructions.
• Malware, spam, or off-platform payment solicitations.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Draft plan drafts and coaching suggestions are provided as a starting point only. Coaches remain responsible for reviewing and approving any content they publish. Athletes should use judgement before applying any draft suggestion.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your access ends and your data is erased in line with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinchblock disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury arising from training. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where Pinchblock is established (specific jurisdiction to be confirmed before general public launch). Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
